Australia
We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over AUD $200. Orders under this threshold incur a flat rate shipping fee. Express shipping is also available for an additional cost.
International
International orders are shipped via trusted courier services. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and size of your order. Delivery times vary depending on the country. Please note that any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We aim to dispatch within 1–2 business days. During busy periods or sale events, processing times may be longer.
