Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with us at elkaustralian.com. If your purchase doesn’t work out, we gladly accept returns on full-price items that are unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached.

Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that sale items purchased at a discount are final and cannot be returned unless faulty.

To start a return, simply visit our Returns Portal and follow the steps to generate your return request. You’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back once your request is submitted.

Refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment once your return has been received and approved. Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you’d like to exchange for is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

We recommend keeping your return tracking information until your refund or exchange is completed.
